- Account Data: Contact information, work email, payment transactions, and company profile.
- Call Records & Audio Data: Temporary call recordings, transcripts, and metadata generated during AI calling campaigns for optimization and compliance.
- Integration Credentials: Access tokens you provide to link n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or your internal CRMs.
3. How We Process and Use Data
All collected data is processed strictly for core business features:
- To execute outbound dialing campaigns on your behalf.
- To perform real-time text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) conversions during live voice interactions.
- To identify and filter "hot leads" via sentiment analysis and forward them to your dashboard or webhook.
